Chairs delivered at 10 pm..seriously. After all that still not repaired. Do not pay for extended warranty. Total waste of money

I would have given 5 stars for showroom service and my first delivery experience as well. It’s the after service that sucks and we paid extra for the 5 year warranty. I am so disappointed with Perfect Home and how they treat their customers after.

We were told our chairs would be delivered between 5 & 7. Our chairs never showed up and no one called. I would not recommend Perfect Home to anyone. If you are expecting customer service don’t buy there.
